How they are built
Everything runs on your Mac. No cloud upload, no account to create, nothing sent anywhere to make the app work.
A licence is a one-time purchase per machine, not a monthly fee. It keeps working when the internet does not.
Every build is signed with a Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so it opens without a fight on a fresh machine.
What an app needs, it brings. No Homebrew, no Python, no command line — a disk image and an icon to drag.
Try before you buy
Not a crippled version. In Offload Wrangler the trial is the full program: verification is never weakened, reports are never watermarked, and it counts five complete offloads rather than days, because an offloader is used in bursts and a calendar trial runs out while the drive sits on a shelf. LogIT and Timecode Juggler give you the whole program for 30 days; the one thing the licence buys is the export — the selects list, the Word or PDF script. Your work stays either way.
