How does the licence work?
One-time purchase, one licence per Mac, no subscription. The key arrives by email from the store right after purchase; search your inbox for Lemon Squeezy. Enter it once in the app's licence window and it stays.
I have a new Mac. How do I move the licence?
Open the licence window on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this Mac, then enter the key on the new one. If the key reports no activations left, deactivate the other Mac first.
Does it work offline, on location?
Yes. An activated licence keeps working without a network for 45 days. When online, the app checks in with the store about every two weeks in the background. Only the store explicitly declaring a key dead un-licenses a Mac.
What happens when the trial ends?
Offload Wrangler stops offloading runs over 1 GB until a key is entered. LogIT keeps logging, only the export stays locked. Timecode Juggler opens the project read-only until a key is entered. Nothing you made is deleted in any of them.
Are updates included?
Yes, updates are free. Every app looks for a new version when it starts, at most once a day, and tells you if there is one; each also has Check for Updates in its menu. The current version of every app is listed on this site and in the store.
